Castle Updates
If you’ve booked a castle add-on and it’s affected by a closure, you'll receive access to the alternative attraction at no extra cost. If you haven’t pre-booked a castle visit, tickets for the alternative attraction can be purchased on site.

Midhope will then be closed for winter from Thursday 24th December - 2027 (details on closures dates for 2027 coming soon).
- We are unable to hold the bus or refund for any late arrivals. Return times are approximate and subject to road conditions and weather. Please ensure you allocate sufficient time for any onward travel plans, allowing at least 3 hours after the scheduled return time for connections or activities.
- Entry cost is not included for Midhope Castle, Doune Castle, and Blackness Castle. You purchase castle entry on the day.

- Please note that we cannot guarantee that people who have booked together will be seated together. We do not allocate seats.
- It is very important to return to the coach on time at itinerary stops. Your guide will display the time that the bus departson a clock that will be visible.
- If you need organise to transport from your accommodation to our departure point please book it via the hotel concierge. We have had a lot of feedback from customers saying that Uber taxi’s are not showing up.

- Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark.
- Cancellation of Day Tours: Free cancellations if made more than 24 hours prior to the departure. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will receive a 100% fee.

As per government guidelines, the use of masks whilst on our tour coaches is no longer compulsory.
Should our staff or passengers wish to keep wearing masks whilst on the coach they can.
